For the Don Julio Tequila pop-up bar, we developed a thoughtful and authentically Mexican interior design concept that extends holistically through the pop-up from the street. The façade of the bar was designed with an impression of terracotta shaped bricks, which captures the rustic flair of Mexico. Covering the window front creates curiosity and at the same time offers a protected space for guests that creates privacy.

Inside the bar we use a muted, warm lighting concept. The Halo Lamp from Mandalaki creates the atmosphere of a setting sun.

The back buffet is made of clay plaster, which gives the bar area a rustic and natural touch. This material contributes significantly to the overall effect of the Mexican flair and rounds off the design concept perfectly.

The Broken Paradise was a former tiki bar located in St. Pauli. One of the main features was a striking tiki sculpture that greeted guests as they entered. To reach the upper floor, guests had to climb a set of stairs leading to a cozy bamboo cottage. The overall design aimed to create a relaxing and immersive atmosphere for patrons, transporting them to a tropical paradise in the heart of the city.

A wine bar in Hamburg, founded by Fabio Häbel, that combined the elegance of French cuisine with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As the interior designer and furniture curator for the bar, we were responsible for creating a professional yet welcoming environment that showcases the sophistication of the wine selection. We carefully selected pieces that would complement the bright wood paneling and cozy lighting, creating a space that is both chic and comfortable. The result is a space that invites patrons to relax, unwind, and indulge in the flavors of France.

A unique space that boasts an award-winning collaboration with florist Elisabeth Schönemann. My team and I worked meticulously with Apostroph Z, a renowned woodwork company, to create a stunning finish for the space. To add to the charm of Héloïse, the counter and bistro tables were handcrafted by Belum Manufaktur, using a terrazzo-style pigmented concrete, featuring tiny red glass shards that peep through the surface. The result is a space that exudes love, care, and exceptional attention to detail.

To improve the co-working space my team and I rearranged the window sills for a better view of the fleet. While working on this case, we stumbled upon an interesting 80s phone booth and decided to incorporate it into the space. With some adaptation and refurbishment, we transformed the phone booth to suit modern co-working needs, adding a small laptop table and power connections.

It was important for us to respect the historical significance of the Deichstrasse location and the building while creating a space that balances the old and new elements. The result was a cohesive design that complements the unique character of the building and its surroundings.

A built-in closet designed by us and expertly built by Vartan Rocks. The closet was inspired by the bold, colorful aesthetic of Andy Warhol's artwork "Sunday B.Morning" and the Volkswagen 90's Polo "Harlekin".

We are proud to have created a piece that not only meets our client's practical needs but also adds a touch of artistry to their home.
